Secretary-General of Al Mohafezeen Party, Asim Al Geneidi said Tuesday in a statement to Al Bawaba News that President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi's visit to Russia may witness signing of military agreements between the two countries. Al Geneidi explained that such agreements may take place in the light of a potential Arab intervention in Libya as happened in Yemen. He signaled that the Libyan government and parliament pleaded for Arab intervention to confront terrorism and preserve Arab national security, as well as unity and integrity of Libyan territory. He expected that the results of Sisi's visit will certainly be in the favor of the Egyptian state.
