Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) condemned the suicide attack that hit a Shiite mosque during Friday prayers eastern Kuwait, leaving 4 dead and tens injured, Al Bawaba News reported Friday. "This terrorist incident is a horrific crime and incompatible with both Islamic values and moral principles," GCC Secretary, Abd Al Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani said, stressing on his support to necessary measures taken by Kuwait to protect its security and stability. Al Zayani expressed his rejection to such treachery and terrorism that have abandoned the values and humanitarian principles that sow sectarian strife and achieve the objectives of the forces of evil and extremism. Al Zayani expressed his condolences to the families of the martyrs and the Kuwaiti government and people.
