The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), condemned the terrorist explosion that hit a Shiite mosque in Dammam district, east Saudi, Al Bawaba News reported Friday. Abdullatif Bin Rashed Al Zayani, GCC secretary general, slammed the group which stands responsible of such a cowardly attack during prayers targeting innocent people leaving four dead and seven injured. Al Zayani said that the terrorist attack contradicts with human and Islamic ethics and principles. "We trust the Saudi specialized authorities in discovering reasons and organization responsible of such act," Al Zayani added, affirming that GCC countries stands in solidarity with the Saudi Kingdom supporting its procedures taken to defend its security and stability. Al Zayani expressed his condolences to the victims' families and the Saudi citizens.
