Explosion in Asyut, no casualties reported

A homemade bomb exploded Tuesday near Asyut governorate's Quseya police station, no casualties were reported, Youm7 reported.
Bomb disposal experts intensified their presence immediately to the blast scene to scan the area for other potential threats.
Egypt has been hit by a string of deadly blasts claiming hundreds of lives, mostly among security personnel since the ousting of former President Mohamed Morsi in July 2013.
