Cairo Criminal Court resumes Sunday the trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 10 other co-defendants in the espionage case, Al Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of leaking top secret military reports pertaining to Egypt's Intelligence Authority and Armed Forces, to a foreign country, namely Qatar. Ismailia Criminal Court also resumes the trial of Supreme Guide of Muslim Brotherhood (MB), Mohamed Badie and 104 other defendants, in the case publicly known as "Ismailia incidents". The defendants were accused of killing three people and injuring dozens others in front of Ismailia governorate HQ in July 5, 2013. Giza Criminal Court considers the trial of 23 defendants of MB, accused of killing General Nabil Farag, the police officer who had been killed during Kerdasa incidents in August 2013. The Giza Criminal Court will try five MBs on Sunday, over charges of forming terrorist cell dubbed as "Ultras Raba'awy," accusing them of assaulting governmental and private buildings.
