Cairo Criminal Court resumed Monday the espionage trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 10 other co-defendants, to unseal the evidences against them, Al Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of leaking top secret military reports pertaining to Egypt's Intelligence Authority and Armed Forces, to a foreign country, namely Qatar. Port Said Criminal Court will consider Monday the case known in the media as the "Port Said prison" in which 51 defendants face 42 murder charges, including the killing of two policemen, Ahmed Al Bulki and Ayman Al Afifi. Al Quba Misdemeanor Court considers Monday the trial of 29 defendants accused of committing violent attacks taking place at the vicinity of Al Quba palace in February 2013. Whilst Giza Criminal Court tries 45 defendants accused of joining an outlawed group, the MB, which aims at toppling the government and assault the state's institutions. The Egyptian disciplinary council considers Monday the appeal of 13 judges against the compulsory retirement decision against them, for supporting the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood following the ouster of Morsi in July 2013.
