Cairo Criminal Court resumes Sunday the trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 10 other co-defendants in the espionage case, Al Bawaba News reported. The court is scheduled to unseal the prosecution evidences during this session. The defendants face charges of leaking top secret military reports pertaining to Egypt's Intelligence Authority and Armed Forces, to a foreign country, namely Qatar. Separately, the North Cairo Criminal Court resumes Sunday the hearing in the trial of the police officers accused of killing activist Shaimaa Al Sabbagh, during a demonstration on January 24. Administrative Court considers a lawsuit filed by April 6 Movement founder, Ahmed Maher, against the Giza Governor for dissolving his association, Al Bawaba News reported. Maher is also suing the Social Solidarity Minister on the grounds that dissolving the movement is a violation of the Constitution, which stipulates that only the Social Solidarity Ministry has the authority to dissolve any association upon adjudication.
