An Egyptian Court postponed to June 7 a lawsuit filed by April 6 Movement founder, Ahmed Maher, against the Giza Governor for dissolving his association, Al Bawaba News reported. Maher is suing the Social Solidarity minister as well as the Giza governor on the grounds that the dissolution is in violation of the constitution, which stipulates that only the Social Solidarity ministry has the authority to dissolve associations after adjudication. Maher is serving a 3-year sentence for violating the Protest law in December 2013.
