Giza Criminal Court will try Saturday ousted President Mohamed Morsi and 24 co-defendants, over charges of insulting the Egyptian judiciary, Aswat Masriya reported. The defendants include Morsi, former head of parliament Saad Al Katatny, political activist Alaa Abdel Fatah, politician Amr Hamzawy, activist and former parliament deputy Mostafa Al Naggar as well as other members of the Muslim Brotherhood. The prosecution charged the 25 defendants of insulting the judicial authorities in various media outlets and social networks.
