The Egyptian army and police arrested two terrorists in North Sinai as well as 18 other suspects, the Ministry of Interior announced in a statement Friday. The army and security forces destroyed three terrorist outposts and a number of motorcycles without licenses plates in Rafah, Sheikh Zuweid and Arish, the ministry added. Since September 2013, the Egyptian army has been carrying out an ongoing military campaign against terrorist groups in Sinai after they claimed responsibility for deadly attacks targeting army and police personnel.
