Iraqi security kill 50 IS militants: Spokesman

Iraqi Interior Ministry spokesman, Sa'd Ma'n said Iraqi security forces killed Saturday 50 Islamic State (IS) terrorists in Tikrit, Saladin Governorate, Al Bawaba News reported.
The forecs killed the militants including a suicide bomber who attempted to target the forces stationed on the Baiji refinery road in Saladin province, Ma'n added.
Iraqi Interior Minister, Mohamed Al Ghaban visited Saladin security commanders in Saladin Province as well as the Shiite Badr Organization Secretary General, Hadi Amry where they discussed the latest security developments, the spokesman added.
