Unidentified gunmen kill policeman in Nile Delta

A policeman was shot dead early Wednesday when unidentified gunmen opened fire in the Egyptian Nile Delta province of Al Minoufiyah, Al Youm 7 reported.
General Momtaz Fahmy, chief of Al Minufiyah Security Directorate, received a report on the death of Khaled Shawky, a policeman of the National Security Agency, who was shot down by militants as he was coming out of a mosque after the Dawn prayer.
The security directorate formed a team to investigate the shooting and pursue the criminals.
