French Prime Minister, Manuel Valls urged the Parliament Tuesday to issue anti-terror emergency laws , following the recent deadly attack on Charlie Hebdo's Paris offices, leaving 12 killed and 10 injured. Valls honored the victims in a speech he gave at the French parliament, "France is determined to eliminate terrorism of all forms", he said. He added that the government will meet to discuss all possible solutions to help France win the war against terror and radical Islam.
