Palestine to join the ICC in March: Erekat

Chief Palestinian negotiator, Saeb Erekat revealed Saturday that Palestine will become member of the International Criminal Court on March, 2015.
"No one can prevent Palestine from joining the court", he told Al-Ayam newspaper.
Spokesperson of the Israeli Pm, Ofir Gendelman said the Palestinian request violates the agreements between the Palestinian authority and the Israeli entity.
On his part, Erekat criticized the Israeli lack of commitment to the terms of the agreement in regards to prisoners' release.
