Horoscopes:
Breaking convention
By Imhotep
Life works in mysterious ways for Crabs as people born under the Cardinal Water sign of Cancer (22 Jun-22 Jul) are sometimes called -- particularly right now. Stay flexible my dear Crabs, and stay in touch with your intuition. What is puzzling today will begin to make much more sense in the weeks ahead.
Crabs instinctively search for the right outlook to life. The month of June comes loaded with fresh challenges for Crabs in the arena of romance and affairs of the heart. In the workplace, too, Crabs will be called upon to prove their mettle. Most Cancerians will succeed in showing they are worth their salt.
Watch out, Crabs, for the evil eye. Others are green with envy as you seem to have it all. You can ward off the evil eye, dear Cancerians, by launching a charm offensive.
Try to be more attentive to the needs of others, especially those who are not as fortunate as you. Also, be more sensitive to the needs of those closest and dearest to you. A mildly tense domestic drama is in the offing, though, my dear Cancerians. At the workplace, too, your authority will be challenged and your patience will be tested to the limit my dear Crabs.
The intuition of the Cancer-born is highly evolved.
Expect some turbulence on the marital front, but rest assured my dear Crabs, all troubles of the heart will soon fade away. You will experience a surge of unpredictable energy and you'll be going places.
So prepare for take off.
You are feeling particularly active and energetic my dear Lions, as people born under the Fixed Fire sign of Leo (23 Jul-22 Aug) are sometimes called. And, you just so happen to have time to do whatever you want. Well, go get them. Start at the top of your wish list.
Lions are impulsive. They don't like to defer an important decision indefinitely.
Early June is a mixed bag for Lions. These proud and majestic creatures, however, must steer a course between discretion and forthrightness towards the middle of the month. Late June, on the other hand, is a time of excitement and joy for Lions. Imhotep predicts that the weeks ahead will be of great significance and emotional satisfaction for the Kings and Queens of the Jungle.
With such indescribable happiness will come a great deal of satisfaction and an overpowering feeling of warmth and affection for others. And, rest assured no one can snatch your new- found happiness away from you in the weeks ahead.
Circumstances are shifting rapidly and it is bound to be a bit bewildering for people born under the Mutable Earth sign of Virgo (23 Aug-22 Sep). Tempting as it may be don't sideline yourself entirely. Keep moving even if you are not entirely sure where you are going.
Virgoans are often not very clear about the difference between pity and compassion. Pity is passive, compassion means that you do something to help another person out of a difficult situation. Compassion is genuine love. Pity is impotent, negative thinking. Compassion accomplishes much good, it is, after all, a potent force.
Virgoans can be diplomatic. But, many Virgoans might adopt an uncharacteristically confrontational attitude by the middle of June. A change of mood might take place at the beginning of the month when, for a change, Virgoans will speak their mind. Tell it as it is. Similar bluntness later in the month is bound to annoy someone in position of authority. Don't be perturbed. Stand your ground.
Children, however, might short your fuse easily, But, my dear Virgoans, you must learn to be patient with the little ones. Imhotep counsels you to take a calm approach to difficult situations. Beware of testy impatience. Brooding resentment and self-pity will get you nowhere.
A less self-centred approach to life might lead you to a happier state of affairs in late June and early July. Your life would then be full of fun and reverie.
