Sufra Dayma: No-Bake-Cheese-Cake By Moushira Abdel-Malek Ingredients: 266 gms squared cream cheese One can sweetened condensed milk 2 packets whipping cream powder (beaten with 1/2 cup water) 1 carton yoghurt Rind of one lemon (grated) + juice 2 x 140 gms packets plain butter biscuits 175 gms softened butter Method: Crush biscuits and beat in food processor until they become like sand particles. Add softened butter and beat to combine. Fill the base of a 25-27 cm pie dish, pressing mixture hard so as to form a thin layer. Combine remaining ingredients and blend well in an electric blender or food processor. Pour over biscuit mixture. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or overnight. Serve plain or smear top with warm jam and fresh or preserved fruit of your choice.
