Fri 27, 8pm: Percussionist Nesma Abdel-Aziz plays on marimba compositions by the likes of Gamal Salama and Omar Khayrat.
Sat 28, 8pm: On the occasion of India's Republic Day, the Chhau dance troupe will perform a blend of dance and drama. This kind of dance is mainly performed during festivals in the Indian states of Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha. The Chhau dance uses martial arts and acrobatic movements to tell stories derived from ancient Indian folk tales surrounding deities. Masks form an integral part of Chhau dance. Music of Chhau is predominantly instrumental. Percussion is both powerful and dominating because the expression in movement is governed primarily by percussive music.

Sun 29, 10.30pm: Nathalie Saba, a young Egyptian singer-songwriter from Cairo with a unique voice has seen her Arabic fusion and alternative urban pop debut outing resonate both regionally and internationally. The night's performance will showcase tracks from “This Is Me”, her recently-released EP, which has been charting to notable acclaim across the region. She will enthrall the audience with live renditions of the tracks from the record, including “Snow”, “Blackbirds” and “Young Hearts”, as well as covers of songs by renowned artists from across the Arab world and beyond.
Tues 31, 10pm: Singer and songwriter Ahmed Safi plays an acoustic set of his indie original songs from his band, Sukoon as well as some covers. Expect a delectable fusion of Eastern and jazzy sounds. Each band member from Dokan has mastered their instrument to come together and produce beautifully melodic contemporary music mixed with more traditional Egyptian sounds.
