Egypt's President Morsi to address nation at 9:30pm (Cairo time)

A highly-anticipated national address by President Mohamed Morsi will be broadcast on Egyptian television at 9:30pm Wednesday evening, according to Morsi's official Twitter account.
A presidential spokesman said earlier this week that the president's speech would be "very important" without confirming or denying whether the address would include any major new policy decisions.
