The Confederation of African Football (CAF) ordered Egyptian giants Ahly to play their next four African games behind closed doors and fined the club $40,000 for excessive amount of flares in the stands, read a statement on the CAF official website on Thursday. However, the CAF stressed that the team will be fined $20,000 and the last two games will be suspended. Last month, Ahly fans heavily threw firecrackers onto the pitch during the team's 2-0 victory over Kenya's Tusker in the second leg of the Champions league round of 32. Ahly will not be affected by the CAF sanctions as Egypt's sports minister decided last month to impose an indefinite spectator ban on matches, following recent crowd disturbances that involved Ahly, Zamalek and Ismaily's fans. The seven-time African champions who were held to a goalless draw by Tunisian side CA Bizertin in the first leg of the Champions league round of 8, will host the Tunisians in the second leg in Cairo on Sunday. Ahly are looking for a win in Sunday's clash to secure a place in the competition's group stages. http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/70603.aspx
