Maghreb Fez won't extend Taoussi's stay after Zamalek defeat Moroccan coach to leave Maghreb Fez after losing 4-0 on aggregate to Zamalek in the CAF Champions League
Maghreb Fez management will not be extending the stay of their coach Rachid Taoussi, whose contract with the team expires at the end of the current season, after their elimination from the CAF Champions League on Sunday, according to Moroccan magazine Elbotola. Early this May, Taoussi promised Maghreb Fez's supporters that the team would qualify for the group stage of the CAF Champions League to continue their recent success after winning the 2011 CAF Confederation Cup and the 2012 CAF Super Cup. Moroccan magazine Elbotola also revealed that the tactician is close to leading Forces Armées Royales de Rabat (FAR Rabat). "Taoussi has not extended his contract with Maghreb Fez as he has reached an agreement with FAR Rabat to be in charge of their first division football team next season," the magazine's sources said.
