Zimbabwe's national football team has announced its final squad that will be participating in the 2019 African Cup of Nations, which is taking place in Egypt from 21 June to 19 July. Zimbabwe, who will face Egypt in the tournament's opener on 21 June, called their big guns ahead of the opening game. Under the helm of coach Sunday Marimo Chidzambwa, Zimbabwe's squad has included Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Khama Billiat and Nyasha Mushekwi, who plays in the Chinese League with Dalian Yifang. Zimbabwe were drawn in Group A alongside hosts Egypt, DR Congo and Uganda. The Nations Cup, which has been expanded to 24 teams, will be played in Egypt between 21 June and 19 July. This summer's edition will mark Zimbabwe's fourth appearance in the biennial tournament.
