Tempratures to reach 40 degrees in Cairo, Upper Egypt during Eid Al-Fitr

The head of Egypt's Meteorological Authority (EMA) announced on Friday that Cairo is expected to witness an average high of 40 degrees Celcius and a low of 30 C during the first two days of the Eid Al-Fitr holiday.
Egypt's Muslims are celebrating the three-day feast, which concludes a month of fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.
The statement by EMA highlighted that the heatwave is expected to last until Saturday, the second day of Eid Al-Fitr.
High temperatures are expected to ease on Sunday according to EMA.
Friday's forecast is as follows:
Cairo: 39-27 C
Nile Delta: 39-26 C
North Sinai: 35-20 C
South Sinai: 36-27 C
Upper Egypt: 40-24 C
