Egypt keeper El-Hadary heals wounds with Sudanese Merriekh
El-Hadary to remain with Merriekh after being refused possible move to British side Hull City

Merriekh officials have resolved their problems with veteran Egyptian goalkeeper Essam El-Hadary after he had refused to return back to Sudan until they fulfilled his demands.
The Sudanese side refused any possible move for El-Hadary to English club Hull City after they hosted the player on trail last month, insisting that Egypt's most successful keeper is under contract with them until 2012.
“I appreciate Merriekh and their chairman Gamal El-Wali. I respect their supporters, players and technical staff,” the 39-year old keeper stated on his official website.
“Thanks to Merriekh president for ending the situation and we hope the friendly spirit remains and they approve a European move for El-Hadary next season,” the player's agent Mohamed Shiha said.
The former Ahly, Zamalek and Ismaily player still dreams of playing in Europe again after a solitary experience abroad with Swiss side FC Sion.
Merriekh are top of the Sudanese league, five points ahead of archrivals and title holders, Hilal.
