SCAF to announce people's assembly and Shura council law within minutes
Egypt's Supreme Council of the Armed Forces will give a press conference today from the defense ministry

Members of SCAF are going to hold a press conference this afternoon to announce the people's assembly and Shura council law at the morale department in ministry of defense.
Major General Mamdouh Shahin will reportedly announce the law that will regulate the upcoming electoral process in late September.
