Mido mightn't wear Zamalek Jersey this season
Zamalek star “Mido” mightn't be able to wear the Whites' shirt until the end of the current season due to an administrative mistake

Ahmed Hossam “Mido” attacks Zamalek's management and the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) for delaying his international licence, forcing him to sit out until the winter transfer window closes.
“I won't be able to play for Zamalek this season because they delayed my licence,” Mido said during a press conference after Friday's training.
The 23-year old joined Zamalek last January came from English side Middlesboro and was to wear the White jersey immediately, but the January 25 Revolution in Egypt complicated getting the licence from his former team.
“Zamalek management didn't send the two copies of my contract to FIFA so they, in turn, still haven't given me my license” Mido added.
Mido signed a three-year and a half contract with the Cairo giants last January without disclosing the financial details.
“The Zamalek board could be accused of wasting public funds considering I will receive my salary from the club without playing, according to my deal with management,” the 28-year old confirmed.
The Egyptian League management sent a formal, written letter to the international football governing body (FIFA) excusing themselves for sending just one copy of Mido's contract to the governing body and petitioning to send the player's licence so he can take advantage of this season.
The former Middleborough, Tottenham, Roma and Marseille striker concluded Friday's press conference with hopes to receive the FIFA's response amid the current week, as he is eager to play for Zamalek this season.
“I hope to receive FIFA's response by Monday or Tuesday to join Zamalek's squad in Petrojet game” Mido concluded his words.
Zamalek are leading the Egyptian Premier League table with 35 points and will face Petrojet the coming Tuesday in the 17th day of the League.
