CAIRO: The High Administrative Court released a final verdict to cancel the election results in Cairo's first constituency for both individual and lists seats. The court decided to stop the run-off round after refusing an appeal submitted by Fahmi Abdu. The verdict was released by the deputy head of the State Council Magdi el-Agaty and Hussein Barakat and Mounir Abdel Kodous. The court said the head of the Supreme Electoral Committee, Abdel Moez Ibrahim, said there were about 15 missing ballot boxes as well as 75 damages ballot boxes. The court said that announcing the results will not meet with the voters' will and is a waste of their votes.
