CARIO: Vote counting employees were angered this morning after being told by a Judge from Cairo's sixth district to collect their payment at the South Cairo Court. The employees were under the impression that the Commission would distribute their pay. The employees crowded in front of the main vote counting podium with attorneys and demanded their pay from the Commission. Employees and Commission members threatened to strike or call the Chief of the Supreme Electoral Committee if the crisis was not solved. The Commission also lost track of some of the employees' identifications. The armed forces were called in to help quell the situation.
