CAIRO: A number of Coptic Christians organized a march from the Shubra area to Maspiro, carrying crucifixes and pictures of the Maspiro victims, marking 40 days since the bloody clashes at the Egyptian state television building. The march witnessed a few clashes between protesters and passers-by leading to seven people being taken to the Ra'i Saleh hospital for treatment of injuries. Security forces broke up the clashes immediately and imposed a security cordon around the area.
