150kg of gold mined from Sokary Mountain last week

Production at Sokary Company for Gold will be ongoing during the Islamic Eid al-Adha feast, according to company head Mohamed Abdel Azim. All petroleum sector and mining industry employees work all days of official vacations, Abdel Azim added.
He said gold production rates range between 140 to 150 kilograms weekly.
Sokary mine's career sales in world markets reached U.S. $315 million, and the Egyptian government received U.S. $9.5 million from the total sales of gold.
