Price of gold declined

EGYPT: “The price of gold fell on Thursday October 27 morning by one EGP (U.S. $0.17). The mass of 18-carat gold sells at 242.55 EGP (U.S. $40.62), 21-carat gold at 283 EGP (U.S. $47.40) and 24-carat at 323.45 EGP (U.S. $54.17),” a member of the board of directors of the gold division at the Jewelry Trade of Chamber of Commerce Union, Ehab Wasef said.
The global price of gold ounce price fell to U.S. $1,710.
Wasef said European countries are meeting to solve the crisis of European crisis since October 27. The results of this meeting will affect prices of gold directly.
It should be mentioned gold prices rose since the beginning of the week by ten EGP (U.S. $1.68). It is expected the price of gold will witness more rise.
