CAIRO: The Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Cairo will file a complaint against April 6 Movement member Mohamed Adel with Egypt's Attorney General, according to embassy lawyer Mohamed Sami. Adel made “wild” accusations against the Saudi government, saying it finances the vandals that are working against Egypt's January 25 Revolution, according to Sami. Sami said he will file the complaint on the instruction of Saudi Ambassador Ahmed Abdel Aziz. "As these accusations are untrue, they are considered insults against the Saudi state, and they were aired on Mehwar channel, so the Saudi Embassy decided to file a complaint against the April 6 Youth Movement," said Sami. He added, "Ambassador Abdel Aziz recommended not to file a complaint against Mehwar channel, as the respectful channel sent an apology to the embassy."
