Israeli ambassador to go back to Cairo soon

CAIRO: Israeli Ambassador to Egypt Yitzhak Levanon will return to Egypt as soon as possible and is in contact with Egyptian authorities to discuss his and embassy staff's return to Egypt, Israeli radio reported.
Levanon told Hebrew Public Radio that both countries are conducting investigations about the killing of six Egyptian soldiers along the Egyptian-Israeli border last month.
The Ambassador expressed his gratitude to Egyptian authorities for rescuing Israel embassy staff after Egyptian demonstrators stormed the Israeli embassy in Giza last Saturday.
