Israeli officials hope to restore Egyptian-Israeli relations even after the Egyptian attack upon the Israeli embassy, Israeli radio reported. Israeli radio reported that Minister of Environment Gilad Erdan said they would do everything to restore the relations between the two countries. “Israel was one of the few countries that did not cheer with what's called the Arab spring,” Erdan said. “We are still very skeptical, even if we are with democratic Arab countries.” The Israeli Minister of Internal Security said that it is better for both countries to repair bilateral relations.
