Egypt press reported the detention of 78 Egyptians in Israel, the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum's consideration to cancel support of oil derivatives for big companies.
Youm7:
Daily newspaper Youm7 reported Egypt's metro company signed a contract with Egyptian Maintenance Company to develop and fix the problems in metros. The companies did not specify the stations to be fixed yet.
The paper also published constitutional principles' draft, which is prepared by Egyptian Deputy Prime Minister. The draft will be submitted to Egyptian ruling military council. The draft stipulated Islam as Egypt's religion, and the Arabic as it's official language.
Al-Ahram:
The Ministry of Education and the Supreme Council of Universities are adhering to hold direct elections of Universities' deans and presidents, said the Minister of High Education, Moataz Khurshid.
The Minister agreed on granting top secondary students in Halaib and Shalatin scholarships in the city of October 6 to study medicine.
Al-Akhbar:
There is no fear of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) if they govern Egypt as long as they agree on democracy, said the head of the Egyptian National Council of Human Rights, Mohammad Fayek.
He added the refusal of constitutional principles is a matter of twisting the truth. He also noted it is in Egypt's sake to agree on international monitoring but Fayek hopes the foreign fund not be chanced for an intervention in internal affairs.
Conflicting reports claimed the former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's family is selling a palace in Switzerland overlooking the Geneva Lake in Christie house for Auctions to avoid questioning form the Illicit Gain. There are claims the palace's name is Egypt.
Al-Masry Al-Youm:
78 Egyptians were detained in Israeli prisons. 22 of them are under investigations while the others were sentenced from 2 to 20 years imprisonment. They are facing crimes of infiltration to Israel, weapon possession, drug dealing, and killing.
Egyptian lawyer, Asmahan Abdel Hadi, saved herself from defending the 3 Egyptian children detained in the Israeli prison of Beer Sheba.
Al-Shorouq:
Egyptian Minister of Petroleum Abdullah Ghorab is considering canceling the support of oil derivatives for companies with good financial situation. He added there is a plan to face the oil crisis by preparing around 10 cars to provide the stations with fuel.
El-Gomhorreya:
There is a great different between Camp David peace treaty and the Peace Agreement. The first concerns the initial agreement between the Egyptian late President Anwar Sadat and the then-Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin.
The second was a negotiation about Israel's withdrawal from Sinai, explained a member of Egyptian delegation for peace negotiations between Egypt and Israel, Mohesn Hamdi.
He added if any country would wage war against Egypt, it would considered suicide due to Egypt's army's military power.
