CAIRO: Five thousand firearms stolen during Egypt's January 25 Revolution have been recovered, according to Gen. Marawan Mustafa, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Interior. Mustafa said 15,000 firearms were stolen during the revolution. Of those, 5,000 have been recovered and another 10,000 will be recovered soon. During a phone call with evening talk show Al-Hayat Al-Youm, Mustafa said the Ministry of Interior does not want these firearms to be smuggled.
