ARISH, Egypt: A large funeral was held for the martyr, Captain Hussein Abdallah al-Gazar, today in Minofeya. He was killed during clashes and armed attack at Arish security station. Thousands of mourners went out to attend the funerals and they demanded fair punishment for those who committed this crime as well as the governor of Minofeya, Ashraf Helal. One neighbor of the martyr, al-Gazar, said he had a good reputation and he was married recently and had a three months old son. It should be noted the village lost another martyr, General Ibrahim Aboud, who was killed during his attempt to arrest a drug dealer in Suez, a fugitive from a death sentence, but Aboud was shot to death.
