Spanish lawyer Danial Foil filed a case against U.S President Barack Obama at the International Criminal Court (ICC). He accused him of committing crimes against humanity when he ordered the assassination of Osama Bin-Laden, the leader of al-Qaeda. The Daily Telegraph reported that Foil filed a complaint to the ICC, claiming that the U.S President violated the Geneva Agreement when he gave orders to the American troops to kill Bin-Laden.
