CAIRO: The chamber of tourist shops and commodities will hold a meeting with the Tourism Promotion Authority to discuss how the chamber can participate in international conferences, exhibitions and Arab conveys to support tourism to Egypt by promoting 13 tourist commodities. The media official of the chamber, Abdel Moniem Kerat, said the meeting will include foreign exhibitions coming to Egypt. The role of the chamber will be to active tourism to Egypt, especially since the chamber played an important role in activating Egyptian tourism even before the January 25 Revolution. The Chamber's board of directors demanded to hold a meeting with the Ministry of Tourism, Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour, to present their vision through the current stage and point out the main obstacles delaying the role of the chamber from working to improve tourism in Egypt.
