CAIRO: The Egyptian General Authority for Supply Commodities and the Ministry of Social Solidarity signed new contracts Thursday to buy 240,000 tons of wheat from Australia, United States, and France. The authority bought 120,000 tons of U.S. wheat at cost of 303.84 dollars per ton, and 60,000 tons of Australian wheat at 269 dollars per ton, and French wheat at a price of 286.67 dollars per ton.
