Israeli Public Radio:
Israeli police failed to discover the reason behind the gas leak that lasted for hours before the explosion killed four and injured 90.
Israeli Public Radio mentioned a technician was detained in charge of negligence that caused the death of four people. The technician said he is not related to the incident and he did his work well.
About 600 kg liter squared of gas was leaking from the tank to the sewer pipes of the ground floor of the building that witnessed the explosion.
Police believe the incident was a result of negligence or intrusion into the pipes to steal metal, ruling out the possibility of a dispute between criminals.
Yediot Ahronot:
Israel will start the largest military maneuver in its history to protect Tel-Aviv and Kenesset on Sunday. This decision was taken since Lebanon's recent war. Israel wants to prepare the internal front to confront different scenarios if any potential war happens and launches hundreds of missiles against Israel.
The maneuver will include training, simulating expected attacks with missiles, the fall of a helicopter in a residential area in the middle of the city, confronting riot actions in Wadi Ara, where an Arab majority exists, and pounding strategic sites inside Tel-Aviv like in Kenesst and sea ports.
The emergency authority, internal leadership, Israeli police, and the red start of David in addition to 80 local authorities participating in the maneuver.
The maneuver will train Israeli soldiers to evacuate Tel-Aviv and deal with the expected crises of post-launching of missiles, such as dealing with water shortages and avoiding hazardous substances leaks. The training will include how to provide means of transport to transfer the food supplies all over the city.
The newspaper mentioned the Israeli police were alerted from the explosion that took place in Natanya on Friday that left 4 dead and 90 injuries. The explosion highlighted the need to prepare to face potential danger and the need to increase coordination between different emergency authorities.
Israeli leader of the internal front said Natanya's incident is similar to the fall of a medium-range missile on a building, so observations can be made upon coordination among authorities to deal with the incident.
Israel authorities will use SMS to transfer the urgent messages. They will also send messages to the other areas to send schedule of the training.
After each training session, a meeting will be held everyday to discuss the events of the day. The meetings will be lead by the Minister of Internal Front Protection, General Eyal Eisenberg.
The Israeli Army will be trained also to deal with the large number of missiles prepared for any potential confrontation.

Barack pledged to continue building Israeli settlements in Jerusalem and the West Bank.
The Israel Minister of Defense, Ehud Barack, expressed Israeli insistence on building settlements in Jerusalem and the West Bank, saying the number of settlers is increasing and Israel should build more settlements.
Barack stressed on his confidence of the Palestinian attempt to gain international recognition of Palestine will not succeed because of U.S. veto. In an interview with French T.V., U.S said it will convince the international quartet to stand against such an attempt.
The Israeli minister, who visited Paris recently, expected the return of peace negotiations between Israelis and Palestinians.

Israel conducts training to confront the electronic war against its institutions.
Haartez mentioned the Israeli Army's internal front will conduct training in the next few weeks to deal with any potential attacks against the electronic networks of Israeli infrastructure.
The training will include how to deal with the hackers of electricity station's computer in al-Khaderia. Hackers might lead to a deterioration of electricity production.
Haartez clarified the Israeli emergency authority, the electricity company and the internal front of the Israeli army will participate in this training; the mission is called ‘turning point 5.'
