After the movie, there will be a seminar to discuss the film's themes with the actors. ‘Revolution Dairy' is a documentary film prepared by the BBC. It is one of the documentary series entitled ‘What isn't said.' The movie depicts the story of Egypt's January 25 Revolution and how a group of different activists spent the 18 days of the revolution. The Egyptian revolution didn't end until the former President Hosni Mubarak stepped down. The events are told by a BBC correspondent in Cairo, Khalid Ezz El-Arab, who lived through the events of the revolution himself. The movie starts with a preparation of the January 25 Revolution then goes on with the events of the18 days of the revolution: Mubarak's first speech, the falling of the internal security system and the army presence on streets. The second part of the movie describes the battles between the former regime and the protesters in Tahrir Square and the struggle to win. It also describes how Egyptian people lived through these 18 difficult days.
