http://www.youm7.com/News.asp?NewsID=424852 CAIRO: There was judicial inspection at the Ministry of Justice to investigate president of the Court of Appeal in Beni Suef, Ashraf Nada, about his statements to Al-Jazeera and the Voice of the Arabs that was considered offensive to the Military Court. Chairman of the Judges Club in Zagazig, Chancellor Hassan Najjar and President of the Giza Criminal Court, Counsellor Alaa Shawky were present before judicial inspection under the same accusations. The Egyptian Minister of Justice, Chancellor Mohamed Abdel Aziz al-Gendy sent Najjaar, Shawky and Nada to judicial investigation after they made statements demanding the abolition of Military Courts for civilians, and abusing the Military Court without prior permission of the Supreme Judicial Council to make the statements. Judicial sources say the three chancellors are subject to investigations after the military prosecutor's request to the Minister of Justice for an investigation on slanderous statements about the military and Military Court. The source said the investigation focused on the statement by them directed at the Military Court, and speculated the chancellors would be forced to stand before a professional ethics committee.
