Egypt's Ministry of Health and Population signed a cooperation protocol with Merck Limited Egypt to develop specialised healthcare training programmes, according to a statement by the Cabinet. The protocol aims to improve medical team efficiency, raise public awareness about multiple sclerosis and thyroid diseases. It will also support training programmes using advanced scientific methods. This partnership supports the Egypt Vision 2030 strategy by investing in healthcare providers and modernising medical training systems to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare services in hospitals and medical facilities, as per the statement. The protocol includes technical support for developing specialised training programmes in endocrinology, multiple sclerosis, and oncology for doctors, the statement added.
