Israel: Gaza humanitarian situation to Egypt

CAIRO: In response to Egypt's decision to open Rafah crossing, Israel announced it will transfer responsibility for Gaza's humanitarian situation to Egypt, Israeli security sources said.
Sources said the Israeli army is preparing to transfer goods from Egypt to Gaza instead of from Israel on Saturday. Sources added that opening Rafah crossing is in Israel's favor not Gaza's.
Egypt decided to permanently open the Rafah border crossing except on Fridays and official holidays to facilitate Palestinian movements through Egyptian outlets.
