Shubra al-Kheima City receives citizens' complaints via Facebook

QALYUBIA, Egypt: The Mayor of Shubra al-Kheima, Colonel Hassan Nagi, decided to create a Facebook page devoted solely to receive citizens' complaints and suggestions that they wish to direct towards the city council.
The Facebook page will offer city residents the chance to contribute to the development of the city of Shubra al-Kheima. The page will also provide news about the city and provide information about the services the city council offers.
Colonel Nagi said all the complaints from the North and East districts of Shubra are currently being checked and great care is taken to resolve all problems.
