ISRAEL: Israeli TV Channel 7 said Israeli singer Amer Benion is set to release an Arabic album, including lyrics of religious text from the Torah. An Israeli newspaper mentioned that Benion is dedicating the album, titled "Ecclesiastes", to the Arab youth of Tripoli and Cairo. Benion said the Arab revolutions created a new generation of youth, interested in the arts regardless of who the author is. By singing the Torah in Arabic, Benion is aiming to prove his belief that there is no difference between Muslims and Jews or Israelis and Arabs. One of the songs on the album is titled 'Day of Death is Better than Day of Birth', which is a famous scripture from the Torah.
