Ahli are considering an ‘official' loan offer from Hull City for Egypt duo Ahmed Fathi and Geddo. The Reds revealed a few days ago that there is unofficial interest from the Championship side as football director Sayed Abdul-Hafiz confirmed that talks have reached a more advanced stage now. “Hull sent an official enquiry to loan Fathi and Geddo and we are now waiting for more details regarding the transfer fee," Abdul-Hafiz told Ahli's website. Fathi and Geddo have both revealed lately that they would prefer to play abroad amid the unstable conditions in Egypt in the meantime. The Egyptian Premier League is expected to kickoff by the start of next month while Ahli begin the new CAF Champions League season in March. Meanwhile, Ahli have accepted loan offers for youth quartet Mohamed Abdul-Fattah, Ahmed Al-Esh, Hussein Ghoneim and Ahmed Nabil ‘Manga'.
