Ahmed Elmohamady claimed a trade-mark assist as Hull City succumbed to a surprise 3-1 home defeat to lowly Sheffield Wednesday in the English Championship. The dramatic evening began when Egypt full-back Elmohamady, back after missing a couple of games through injury, crossed for Robert Koren to cancel out Reda Johnson's opener in the 83rd minute. But while Hull where looking for the winner against their lowly visitors, Eldin Jakupovic scored an own goal four minutes from the end before Michail Antonio completed the damage in injury time. The defeat ended Hull's eight-match unbeaten run although the Tigers remain second in the Championship table. Earlier this weekend, Egypt international Adam El-Abd played 90 minutes in Brighton's 2-1 victory over Derby County.
