Egyptian teenager Ahmed Hassan ‘Koka' registered his first goal for Portuguese club Rio Ave in a League Cup defeat to Pacos Ferreira. Hassan, nicknamed Koka, joined Rio Ave from Ahli last after controversially rescinding his amateur contract with the Cairo club. The 19-year-old came on as a second-half sub in his side's 3-2 defeat to Pacos, scoring a consolation goal in the 90th minute. It is Rio's first game in the Portuguese League Cup Group C, which also includes Maritimo and Sporting Lisbon.
