كشف وائل جمعة مدافع الأهلي عن أهم درس تعلمه من البرتغالي مانويل جوزيه المدير الفني السابق للقلعة الحمراء.

وتابع جمعة "درس جوزيه كان له تأثير إيجابي على تجدد دافع الفوز بالألقاب والبطولات، وبالفعل أصبحت لا اهتم بما أحققه من ألقاب وإنجازات".
وأضاف أفضل مدافع منتخب إفريقيا أربع مرات "انتظر إنهاء مسيرتي الكروية حتى أقوم بفتح حصالتي التي أتمنى أن تكون مليئة بالإنجازات التي تكون بمثابة أرض صلبة لي".
ولم يكن جمعة يعلم أنه أكثر لاعبي قارة إفريقيا مشاركة في دوري الأبطال وحصولا على اللقب – 5 ألقاب – حتى ظهوره على قناة الاهلي يوم الثلاثاء.
